Mini Warriors (School Years 2–4)
Balance, Bravery, and Bushidō Basics.
A playful and purposeful start for children in School Years 2–4. This class builds core physical literacy—balance, coordination, and safe falling—while introducing the values of judo through games, basic techniques, and plenty of encouragement. Every Mini Warrior leaves class a little stronger in mind and body.
Rising Judoka (School Years 5–9)
Skill, Spirit, and Self-Discipline
Designed for older children (School Years 5–9), this session is where enthusiasm meets refinement. Young judoka expand their technical abilities, learn to train with focus and mutual respect, and grow their confidence through new challenges. It’s a nurturing environment where students begin to take true ownership of their judo journey.
Judo for Life (Teens & Adults)
Discipline, Development, and Lifelong Learning
This evening class welcomes teens and adults of all experience levels—from first-timers to returning black belts. Sessions blend skill-building with the core values of judo: respect, resilience, and self-improvement.
Alongside physical fitness and coordination, training also supports mental wellbeing, offering stress relief, focus, and a sense of achievement. Whether you’re aiming to stay active, grow in confidence, or refine your technique, you’ll finda focused yet friendly space to challenge yourself.
*Optional kata sessions follow, for those interested in exploring judo’s classical forms and deeper principles*
